Our Story
From the Earth,
To You.
A journey through Myanmar's ancient jadeite hills — where every stone carries a story older than time.
Kachin State, Myanmar — where our jadeite journey begins.
How It Began
A Founder's Obsession with Authenticity
Jusseum was born from a single question: why is it so difficult to find jadeite jewelry that is both genuinely untreated and honestly priced? Our founder spent years travelling between Mandalay's gem markets and the cutting workshops of Yangon, learning to read stone the way a jeweler reads light.
What began as a personal pursuit became a mission. We built direct relationships with miners and lapidaries in Kachin State, cutting out the layers of middlemen that inflate cost and obscure provenance.
Every piece in our collection is traceable to its source — a commitment we made on day one and have never compromised.
Our Philosophy
Slow Jewelry for a Discerning Eye
We believe fine jewelry should outlast trends. Jusseum pieces are designed with restraint — letting the natural character of the stone speak rather than overwhelming it with ornament.
We produce in small batches, never at scale. Each design is reviewed by our founder before it enters the collection, and pieces that don't meet our standard are quietly retired.
What We Stand For
Provenance
Every stone is sourced directly from verified mines in Kachin State. We document the chain of custody from rough to finished piece.
Integrity
We sell only Type A jadeite — untreated, unimpregnated, unbleached. No exceptions. No compromises.
Craft
Our lapidaries and goldsmiths are third-generation artisans. Their hands shape every piece with techniques passed down over decades.
Giving Back
10% of every sale is donated to education and healthcare initiatives in the mining communities worldwide.
Every Piece Is a Promise.
When you wear Jusseum, you carry a fragment of Myanmar's ancient earth — and the integrity of everyone who touched it along the way.
